[ Medical Info ] he's a psychokinetic. physically he's not very strong, and his power can put a lot of strain on his body, particularly if he's under a lot of emotional stress and he can't control it. simply put, an emotional outburst can kill him (and anyone in the vicinity).

[ Physical traits ] small, skinny, perfectly normal-looking with an unassuming schoolboy appearance. You will almost never see him not wearing a grey/blue uniform
[ What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her ] Pretty much anything--he comes from a canon where people getting turned into mutants or going crazy by listening to music is a normal thing. Is also part of an assassin group comprising of a telepath, a precog, and a crazy dude who may be immune to pain.
[ Abilities ] He's a psychokinetic--telekinesis, the ability to move objects with your mind, is one of his abilities. He's also able to manipulate the molecules of an object, and to create explosive forces of energy. It's pretty much stated that he's able to restart the heart of a dead person using this. He's basically able to create his own gale-force winds to attack (or pick you up and throw you fifty feet), and if he gets too emotionally charged, he's basically a living timebomb that can take out an entire building.
[ Notes for the Psychics ] He's spent a lot of time with a telepath/mindreader and other psychics, so he's pretty good at shielding himself from that if necessary. You might be able to pick up minor surface thoughts, and he will definitely notice if you try to delve any further in. While he's not actually a telepath himself, he can communicate telepathically if there's one around. He had a pretty shitty childhood full of awesome things like being abandoned on the streets and having the church he was living in get blown up/the Sister killed, so he'll probably ooze hatred of people.
[ Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc? ] Yep! The first two, ask; the rest of it, go for it. Just don't expect him not to retaliate by throwing you into a wall.
[ Maim/Murder/Death ] all of it. just give me a heads up.
[ Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact ] Unless you're Schuldig or he makes the first move, do not touch him. He will not hesitate to hurt you unless he really likes and trusts you.

Canon: In the shadows of the city's underworld where politicians are corrupt and crime bosses are out of the police's grasp, there is a light. That light is Weiß, a team of four young men tasked with denying these dark beasts their tomorrows. Florists by day, ruthless assassins by night, each member has their own struggles and reasons for which they fight. When children are kidnapped, supposed health drinks turn people into mush and genetic experiments turn people into monsters, there is only one entity that connects them all: Eszett. This world-wide terrorist cult employs groups of “specially” powered agents with the intent of systematically destroying governments and creating a new world order. One such group is Schwarz, a team of powerful psychics and fighters -- the proverbial darkness to the light that is Weiß.
Nagi is the youngest member of Schwarz, but don't let his age fool you into believing he isn't easily the most powerful of the group. Intelligent, quiet, and a little bit snarky and condescending, he is not the most sociable person. Having had a crappy childhood rife with abandonment and rejection due to people's fear of his psychokinesis left him with an intense hatred of humans and little desire to interact unless necessary. Nagi doesn't tend to get emotional out of necessity -- emotional outbursts can cause him to lose control of his powers. However, he is still an assassin and will kill without the slightest hesitation if given the order.

If you had read my file, you would know the details of my history before Eszett picked me up and provided me with the necessary training to become a field agent. I wasn't overly fond of being manhandled by your soccer-playing gorillas on the way here, either.
Have you committed any crimes you were or should have been convicted from?
Haven't we all? Most of us do not just fall into a job like this. This whole organization is founded on crimes against humanity. You wouldn't be able to find a single person in its employ that shouldn't be facing a death sentence.
Can you perform a flawless headshot? If not, and if your life depended on it, how many hours a week would you be willing to spend on the shooting range?
Did you honestly forget who you work for? The ability to handle a gun is part of our basic training. My particular power allows me the advantage of being able to hit any target from any distance within sight. I assume this question is meant for those new to the organization.
Would you be able to dispose of the flesh of the undead? How?
With ease. The usual procedure involves cremation or complete obliteration. CFUD's method of putting it in the food supply seems to be equally effective, but either way our livelihoods rely on being able to make a person . . . or a gorilla, disappear without a trace.
