WOW!!! Where has the time gone! Jett is now 5 months old and I figured I had better update the ol blog since I havent since he was born (Of course thats not easy to do with out the internet)!

Jett is such a happy baby and is always smiling and gives the best kisses! Not to mention he is still a "chub-chub" as we like to call him so he is fun to kiss in return!

Xander has nicknamed him Jetty-Roo, which occasionally turns into Jetty-Roo-Who or just

Jett-Jett. He started smiling at 3 weeks! And no- it wasn't just gas for all you know it alls! HA! It REALLY was smiling!!! He is rolling all over the place and is quite a wiggle worm!

He LOVES his brothers and they definately love him! He wants so bad to do what they are doing!

It was a big adjustment for me to have 3 kiddos but it has been wonderful and I wouldnt change it for anything!!!

Quick Duchesne update:

We are doing well! Mike is busy and we don't see much of him! He finished the wrestling season (one of the assistant coaches) with a State Championship! That was a fun thing to be able to attend! He is now helping with wrestling and keeping busy as the Young Mens El Presidente' in our ward.

I stay pretty busy with the 3 boy. I just started helping at a day care in town when they need a fill in.

Xan started preschool this year and is LOVING it!!! He is growing up too fast!

Cannon is our blonde curly boy with more attitude than I can handle- but boy is he cute!!

We are happy and loving life!

Jett has the cutest cheeks. They are so soft and squeezable.

My Busy Boy

Being basically 9 months preggo, I just don't have it in me to follow this busy boy around every second.

Today he decided to do some cooking. No worries the oven was not on. But, he did have chocolate chips in the pan and with all of the handeling resulted in melted chocolate all over. but he had fun and it entertained him, of course I could say that about everything!

I wish I had taken pictures of all the mischief this boy has caused, just in the last week, but honestly, I was so frusterated and stressed that pictures were the last thing on my mind.

Some of his adventures include:

Pulling ALL the movies out of my parents cupboard,

terrorizing the new kittens,

wetting his pants and "cleaning up" by himself (for some reason he felt the need to put his shorts and underware in the toilet to wash them, then trying to clean up with toilet paper, so by the time I found it there was water and soggy toilet paper all over the bathroom!)

While at Grandma Cardon's he found her perscription strength lotion for her feet- it is like 80% of the stuff that the dentist numbs your mout with- he had rubbed that all over his arms, legs, face, clothes, and of course her couch!

He took my moms peanut butter and syrup and went under the dining room table, and of course covered the rug in sticky syrup- the smell of mapel still lingers.

He has opened a bag of zip lock baggies I have in the bedroom and strewn them all over the room.

Then of course there is a lot of "little" stuff too.

I really wish now that I had more pictures of all of this. But, I have learned my lesson- don't look away for a second! Luckily I have the best family and have helped so much with most of the needed clean ups!

Splash Park!

Ug- I have more issues with this silly blogging thing! I have more pictures to put on then I was going to pick and delete some of these but of course now it won't let me do anything!!! But on a little happier note...

Today we went to the Rexburg Splash Park with Jessie and boys. What a neat thing to have!! Every town needs one! The boys had a great time- Neither were too into the slides- Xan went a few times, he told me next time he would be more brave! But we all had a great time! Best part- it's FREE!! I love when you can do something really entertaining and not have to pay for it!

Summer Fun!

When Hayley called and said "ride up to Idaho with me" I jumped at the chance! My boys have been so bored lately since I am pretty much out of energy from the time I get out of bed in the morning. Mike was wonderful and said I could go- even though it meant being gone for Fathers Day. However, he is coming to Idaho and we will celebrate the wonderful father and husband he is when he gets here.

The boys had a fabulous week playing with cousins and friends!

Of course, what is a trip to Grandma's with out making cookies!

Monday started us off with a visit to Blast off! Luckily Brooklyn was here to help Cannon on all of the fun things.

We hit up Bear world on Tuesday. It was surprisingly really fun. We saw lots of bears and other animals.

Oh how I love petting zoos (sarcastic). I find them completely disgusting and germ infested. However, it doesn't help that I am NOT an animal lover by any means!!!

Cannon thought this deer was pretty cool till it tried to lick him.

We had a great time on Thurs with the Hanson Fam at Tautphaus park! Xander had such a great time with Tyler!

Baby's First Picture!

I'm not sure why but I never had a 3D ultrasound with the other 2, I guess cause I was never offered it! But it was seriously the coolest thing! My mom says there is not going to be anything surprising about this baby- we know its a boy, we know when it will be born- July 21st, and we have a fairly good idea of what he looks like! I have no idea what his hair will look like though. And really it will still be a surprise to see him! I am so excited! Time is flying by fast! And yes- the name will still be a surprise since we haven't agreed 100%.

Fun at G-ma's!

What a fun Grandma! No wonder these boys love her so much!!

All you have to di is mention that the dishhes need to be washed and Cannon is pushing a chair over to help! I sure hope that continues when he is older!!


Xander waits all day for these 2 to come home and play basketball with him!

Happy Hollow

Our last day in California, we took the kids to San Jose and went to Happy Hollow. They remodeled it since we were there last. Cannon cried the entire time and required me to hold him th ewhole time as well. So for him is was not a "Happy" place. But for the rest of us we had a gret time!

Xander, Brooklyn, & Avy on the Frog Hopper ride! Hilarious!! They loved it- even Brooklyn- AKA Buddy the Elf!

Digging for Dinosaur bones! One of Cannon's few tearless moments. It didn't last long.

Brook & HAy took Xan & Avy on this fun rollercoaster ride! THey loved it! the kids were so brave! It did go pretty fast. Xander went on it 3 times! He is definately my kid!

On the carousle! Once again Cannon did not last long- actually screamed and cried the whole ride. In his defense he really didn't feel well.

We had such a great time! Thank you Atwood household for letting us come and bombard you! Austin if your missing money from you little nightstand it was Cannon. We love you all!!!

California (Take Two)

Ok lets try this silly thing again. Seriously- then my laptop died so this has taken a ridiculous amount of time so don't expect too much from me in the future!!!

It was windy and a bit chilly out, but we were eventually able to lose the jackets and really play in the water. I don't have any pictures of tht though cause I was out there with him- that would be a little difficult.

Xan couldn't wait to go to "the ocean" as he called it all morning and build a sand castle. the sand castle didn't last long, throwing mud was much more fun!

After our spontanious stop to the Mystery Spot we went and played at the Santa Cruz Beach. It was a lot of fun!! I really love California!!

Whitney and I took the boys to Santa Cruz. We decided to stop at the Mystery Spot. very cool! One day I am going to go there when I am not pregnant and with out kids!

Hayley and I snuck out one day while all the kids were sleeping. We left them with the girls and we went and spoiled our feet- and boy was it worth it!! No kids, foot/leg massages, actual adult conversation, So relaxing- not to mention I left with pretty toes and really happy feet!

Apparently Xan won- I think he is gloating a little here- stinker!

Xan and Avy have really gotten along pretty

well- this was NOT one of those times. They

both wanted the pirate hook.

We went to this fun place. Tons of trampolines

hooked together- even on the walls! There

was also a fun foam pit to jump into.
