Most roles include up to four steps, depending on the position.

1. Getting to know you
If we’re aligned with your application, we’ll start with a short call to learn more about your experience and motivations.
2. Role deep dive
A focused conversation about the role, expectations, and how you approach your work.
3. Practical exercise & team conversation
Depending on the role, you may complete a practical exercise followed by a discussion with the team.
4. Final interview
A final conversation to align on expectations and ensure a strong mutual fit.

What happens after I submit my application?
Once we receive your application, our team reviews your experience and alignment with the role. If there’s a match, we’ll reach out to schedule an initial conversation. If not, you’ll hear from us by email.
I didn’t get the job. Can I receive feedback?
If you’ve taken part in interviews with us, we’re happy to share feedback. Due to the volume of applications, we’re not able to provide individual feedback to candidates who haven’t reached the interview stage.
What does the interview process look like?
Our hiring process usually includes an initial conversation, a role deep dive with the hiring manager, and for some roles a practical exercise followed by a team conversation. The final step is a final interview. We keep the process focused, transparent, and respectful of your time.
Do you conduct background checks?
Yes. For certain roles, we conduct background checks in accordance with local laws and always with your consent.
Where are you located?
We have offices in France (Valbonne) and Sweden (Stockholm), and team members across several countries. Some roles are office-based, while others are remote-friendly — this will always be stated in the job description.
Do you hire remote employees?
Many of our roles offer flexibility in where you work. Depending on the role and team needs, this can mean fully remote or hybrid.
