If your application is what we’re looking for, a dedicated recruiter will call you to discuss your application, the role and life at Trustmarque.

The hiring manager will review your application and arrange your first stage interview, which will be a video call.

If you are successful, you will be invited to second stage interview and possibly a third, depending on the role and other applicants. This will be a video call or in person dependent on location.

You will then be notified if you have been successful or not.

If you are successful, you’ll be given a verbal offer and written contract.

Once everything is signed you will be given a start date and join Trustmarque!
