Car Show

The kids and dad had a wonderful time early September in South Orange County. They went to a Military Veteran's car and bike show at the Oakley Factory in Foothill Ranch. Jenna's favorite bike was the pink Harley with pink flames. Johnathan really loved the military hummer. Daddy loved the hummer with the grenade launcher.

Beach

Mom was laid up all summer in a cast and walking boot. I promised the kids I would take them to the beach. The last Friday in August we finally went to the beach. Johnathan rode his board the whole time we were there. The waves were rough that day and he was making mom a bit nervous. He did manage to come in for about 15 minutes when he built sand caves with a friend he met there. Jenna had a great time digging in the sand that day. She is still not a huge fan of the water.

Scouts

Johnathan had a lot of fun building and racing his boat for the Rain Gutter Regatta. He loves scouts and is helping his mom plan fun activities for upcoming meetings. He has fun making bird houses, tool boxes, games, physical activities, and friends. Scouts teaches the boys to do their best, and their duty to God and their country. He has earned his wolf, is more than half way done with his bear, and 7 belt loops. He loves scouts!!!!!

Duck Park

It was nice to have dad with us today. We went to take grandpa to his doctor's. While we were waiting for him we got a pizza and ate it in the park. We fed the ducks, went on the swings and play equipment. Daddy saved Jenna from utter disaster by catching her from a seven foot drop. She lost her balance while climbing the ladder up to the equipment. Daddy saved the day!!!! We picked grandpa up later in the evening and went to dinner at Mexi Casa with him. What a fun day!!!!

Jenna

Jenna is learning to ride a bike without training wheels. She is a bit nervous but she can do it. Let's all cheer her on!!!! She also loves swimming, barbies, coloring and cutting, and chocolate!!!!

Disneyland

Jenna spent her fourth birthday this year at Disneyland. She said it was her special day. We waited over an hour in line to see the princesses. When she walked in and saw them, she took the hugest breath of air. It was a magical moment.

Johnathan

We are having a ton of fun this summer. Johnathan spent a week in Utah with his cousins Spencer and Mathew. He had a lot of fun that week. He spent ten weeks in a beginning ice hockey class. He is actually getting pretty good. Lastly, he spent a week at Cub Scout Day Camp. He got to do archery and shoot bee bees that week. His dad and him are building a boat together for the Rain Gutter Regatta later this month.
