I was just made aware of a glitch in the original new wordpress post where the link to the old blog (and therefore the November category) was left out inadvertently – this is the old blog for the record: www.categorystories.blogspot.com.
So in a token of apology to anyone who was baffled but didn’t get to email to ask what the specifics were, we are extending the Story Teller search by another two days – the closing date is now JANUARY 17th!

Happy New Year to all our fab Category Stories fans! I hope that so far 2009 has been very lovely to you!
We are up to our January Category which Steph picked out (and it is a goodun I must say…).
“I REMEMBER” is what we are going with this month! Here is what our team has come up with…
Karin (remembering 2008):
Lee (remembering how much the TV show MONKEY rocked for after-school watching when she was a kid – yes I am speaking about myself in the 3rd person – sue me…*ha*)
Steph (remembering her first kiss with her man…):
Jodie and Sarah’s creations are still to come – Rudolph accidently took them from under the Christmas tree, and the girls are now waiting for him to get them posted back in the elf-mail – those elves can be hungover and slow at this time of year…(like me *ha*).
Pages need to be linked or uploaded to our flickr group by JANUARY 31 to be considered for the super dooper awesome fabulous prize from this super dooper awesome fabulous mob….. SCRAP IN STYLE TV – YAY! The winner for January will receive an awesome January SIStv collection AND the choice of any 3, 5 or 10 day short-course class on offer for February – HOW ACE IS THAT! Thanks JJ and the SIStv team.
DON”T FORGET – check the post below about the new Category Stories team member call! In short, if you wish to put your name in to be considered for the new Story Teller positions, you must email your entry application and links to your November, December & January category pages by JANUARY 15TH – so please don’t delay in sending your entries in.
And just to clarify, if you have only just found our blog and are interested in applying but hadn’t made the Nov & Dec pages by their normal due dates, THAT IS OK! As long as you make pages using the categories, and link them by the 15th of Jan, we will consider your application.
ALL entries will be acknowledged, so if you don’t get a reply within 4 days of sending it, please resend OK! And don’t forget to holler if you have any questions – category.stories (at) ymail (dot) com is the address.
