CATRAC EMResource

EMResource streamlines communications between medical response teams and healthcare providers by monitoring healthcare assets, emergency department capacity, and behavioral health and dialysis bed status. When the application is used 24/7 in all regional emergency departments, emergency medical services facilities, and dispatch centers, it becomes a highly effective mode of communication. CATRAC WebEOC

WebEOC is an internet-based platform allowing for secure and real-time sharing of information related to management of emergencies among emergency management personnel, first responder agencies and cooperating organizations. It is greatly utilized for situational awareness during an event and documentation. CATRAC provides WebEOC training quarterly to individuals who are new to WebEOC or need a refresher.

Texas Wristband Project

Texas Wristbands are to be placed on every EMS patient to include emergency and non-emergency patient transports and interfacility transfers.

Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification

1. Send the following information to the designated contact below:

Official organization name, address (bill to and ship to if different), main phone number

Signed copy of the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption form

2. Send the Initial Purchase Order directly to your designated contact. Any subsequent orders may be placed by calling or emailing our Customer Service team, or entering it on our web portal via EDI.

At this time, PDC has an inventory of Generation I Texas Wristbands with part number 5070-35-PBM; at a price of $61.38 per box of 500 bands. These bands are custom made to order and have a lead time that is still being determined---that lead time, however, will likely be greater than 2-3 weeks at this point. This is due to the customized serial numbers on the wristbands. At this time, the minimum order quantity on these bands is 5 boxes.

Generation II of the Texas EMS Wristband is explained in the graphic below, with part number 5070-35-TXSM; at a price of $49.12 per box of 500 bands. These bands are custom made to order and have a lead time that is still being determined---that lead time, however, will likely be greater than 2-3 weeks at this point. This is due to the customized serial numbers on the wristbands. At this time, the minimum order quantity on these bands is 5 boxes.
