We went to the Isle of Wight today for a night of camping. Yes, it's true I went camping! Now camping in the woods is one thing and I am still anti that, but camping just a few paces from the beach is ok! One thing I learned about tents, though that still grosses me out is that when the tent gets warm (either from the sun heating it up or when people are inside it, it develops condensation on the INSIDE of the tent which means that when I would touch it, it would be wet and my blanket touching it would be wet!! Ew ew ew. Apparently this only happens on cheap tents (read: David's tent) which don't have special flaps and layers to keep this from happening, so if there was a tent upgrade I would be willing to try it again.

We had a picnic on the beach at Southsea complete with special 4th of July Mountain Dew. Yum yum. Today I learned that if you feed one bird some Doritos, you will soon be in a situation very similar to Hitchcocks 'The Birds'. I don't advise it.
