That's the Santa Monica Pier. And, okay. Yeah. I shared it with thousands of tourists and shoppers and diners and young lovers and skaters every day.

But, when I was there, it felt like it was mine.

Five Things That Make Me Special

- I have a heart-shaped freckle that only my mom and past lovers could identify.
- I have never seen snow.
- I go barefoot whenever I can. And even when I'm not supposed to.
- I've had 17 jobs since I was in high school.
- My hair, I guess? It's been several different shades/colors/lengths/styles. I get antsy if it looks the same for a long period of time.
