Finally Something Worth Blogging About

Image
Sorry for such a graphic picture, but we just had to share our news. IT'S A BOY and for those of you who didn't even know I was pregnant . . . sorry! We are due January 1st and all are thrilled about the recent discovery that it is, in fact, a boy. We will have a nice little sandwich with our boys on the ends and lots of gooey girl goodness in the middle. I have recently vowed to be better at blogging so please give me a second chance and check my blog again soon. You never know what announcement may come next.

Life in Saint George

Since my last post involving scorpions I have had many comments about a lost desire to visit us in Saint George. Here are a few reasons you should reconsider...

Priorities

We made it to St. George and, after a house, this was one of our first purchases! Only it's too hot to use it without socks or the sprinkler under it. Our second St. George purchase was a black flashlight necessary for scorpion hunting in our own backyard. Yep! Jim got stung our first day here, the second day we had the exterminator come, and the third day we bought a blacklight. Every night (they are noctrunal) we go out hunting. They glow bright green. Impossible to miss. At first we were catching them in a jar but now we just go out with a hammer. We will conquer!!!

On the road

Being in the Penske for 24 hours with an angel baby and an iPhone can really make a person productive. Look at me updating my blog on the road. We are currently in CO and hope to reach St. George, UT tomorrow evening. We are missing OH already, but also super excited for St. George!
