How do I search and see completed jobs in XOi Mobile?

There are two ways you can see and share completed jobs in the XOi Mobile app.

1. From the My Work page
2. In Job Activity

How do I add content to the Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base holds content collected by XOi to be used by your technicians at the job site. This content can include manuals, wiring diagrams, and current training resources available through various manufacturers*.

There are two ways content can be added to the Knowledge Base:

1. Manually added by an Admin.
2. Added automatically through a workflow
