Well...Hello Again!

Time for my quarterly (sort of) blog post! Ha! A whole summer and half of fall has passed...wow! Time flies when you're having fun! :) I finished year 5 of teaching and am busily caught in year 6...what? Year 6? Seriously, how did this happen? It seems like I just started my first year! Anyway, I am in a portable this year...YES! No moving around every time I go off track and people tend to forget about me out there, so no one bugs me! Only I am team leader this year...boo! Something I didn't want, but because of crazy things that happened with my team at the end of last year, I was "IT" by default. A little more load this year because of that and a little more responsibility on my part, but things have been pretty smooth so far, so I can't complain. I have 28 little darlings to look after as well and it has been fun to get to know their little personalities. A few that drive me crazy at times, but I really can't complain about that either! They really are fun kids and I am happy I have them!

This past summer was a relaxing one for sure...just mostly reading, going to the gym, hanging with my besties, family, and one short trip! It was to Seattle, WA. I have been there before with the fam when I was 13 or 14, but we didn't do much sight seeing, so this time, I went with my besties, Sally and Candyce (+1 extra= Jenny Riley) and all we did was sight see. It was really a blast! We stayed less than a mile from the Space Needle and downtown Seattle and right across the street from a cute little lake. We spent just about 5 days there. Here are some pictures from that:

Also included in our Seattle vacation was a day trip to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. That was the pictures of the beautiful gardens! We also rode scooters for an hour on the coast of the island...it was so pretty!

Well, until next time, have a great day! :)
