The CloudTech24 team have provided effective and prompt support to my business for a number of years. No hesitation in recommending them.

We switched our Microsoft server based system to an Office/365 system, replacing our incumbent supplier, who were charging us roughly double the price.

The tech guys visited to put in a new comms set up – we were offline for maybe 10 minutes.

The migration was (almost) without a hitch. There was a problem with email address lists, but this was more Microsoft than anything else, as we never got to the reason why it happened, and our previous suppler weren’t at all responsive.

It was a new way of working for us, but it settled down after a few weeks and with some configuration and process changes we moved forward. Personally, I like SharePoint, but my colleagues took a while to get use to it, and being able to work from home was much easier.

We have been with them for almost a year now, and apart from ‘run of the mill’ support ‘phone calls, everything has worked out well.

Just this week, I was let down by my different communications supplier – badly let down. Although I was on the ‘phone for almost two hours, Cloudtech24 were able to work out what the problem was, and once we had some configuration information, were able to get us back online in seconds.

If you are an SME, I believe this is a great company for you to consider switching your IT support over to. Responsive knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to sort out your issues.
