My Journey was just like yours.
Most of my life I struggled with many of these negative states, and at one point I struggled with:

What led me to become a life coach was me being tired of living this way, and looking for a way out.
I spent an obscene amount of time and money understanding why I was stuck in these negative states.
To make a very long story short, I figured my way out!
I am now living my best life yet, even though many things still don’t go exactly according to my plan.
Being in a better emotional state and overcoming these negative emotions has not only set me free, but has resulted in even more success in all aspects of my life.
I have found a way out, and I make sure I bring all of my clients out with me.
The real enemy in our lives is not our circumstances, but our perception of them, and our negative emotional states that plague us in the midst of these circumstances.

Addictions often fulfill a fundamental need, but in an unhealthy way.
While many believe addictions are something to be managed, I don’t agree.

But here’s the good news: you don’t have to accept it. You can be in your 70s, 80s, even 90s and still have a great sex life—without relying on ED meds.

ADHD and behavioral issues are skyrocketing, yet few health practitioners are asking the bigger question—why? Decades ago, these issues were rare, but today they’re becoming common. Coaching minors
A quick note to parents. I often get asked to coach minors, and while I’m not against it, I won’t do it without first coaching the parents. You are the biggest influence in your child’s life, and they rely on you completely. If the behavior you want to change isn’t being modeled at home, no amount of coaching will stick. You can’t ask me to help your child while skipping the work yourself. Real change starts with you—once we address that, then we can focus on your child if needed.

All sessions are done virtually via video conferencing and most are 55 mins in length focusing on setting goals, overcoming challenges, and creating action plans.

The first session is usually an introduction where we discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. I will also give you my initial assessment of where I believe you are stuck, and offering a roadmap of how to get you to breakthrough.
