With Cobee, you will have to make a minimum investment of 1€ to implement an employee benefits plan. Bear in mind that certain minimum prices exist based on the plan you choose and that apply to the fixed monthly fee per employee.

Despite being a very low investment, the return obtained by your company can be up to 20 times that amount.

Yes, you can switch price plan:

  • If you pay monthly, the price change will be applied in the following month but you can enjoy any additional features of your new plan from the day you switch.
  • If you pay annually, the additional cost will be charged in proportion to how much of the year is left.

No, any kind of company with employees on a payroll can access the existing price plans.

Different payment systems exist for your plans with Cobee:

  • By bank transfer
  • By debit or credit card

From the moment you contract any of the price plans from Cobee, the plan you sign will be in place for one year.

  • Monthly payment: you will start to pay for each new person added from the month they join.
  • Annual payment: you pay a proportional amount based on how much of the year is left.
  • Monthly payment: you will stop paying for that person from the following month
  • Annual payment: the licence is made available for someone else to use

In order to provide the best service, Cobee charges two types of fees:

  • Fixed Fee: This fee pays for access to the platform and the app, as well as availability of the customer service, user service and maintenance.
  • Variable Fee: This fee is charged for managing the benefits that are managed by Cobee directly and enable provider and billing unification to reduce the administrative workload for the client.

With this model, we aim to work alongside you to ensure the programme is a success. As consumption by your employees increases, two things happen:

  • Employees save more money, boosting their satisfaction with the benefits plan you give them and boosting employee loyalty
  • You enjoy a lighter administrative workload because all the benefits are centralised on a single platform, we act as a single touchpoint, we unify all the invoices and we manage payments with providers

If the programme is a success, the cost of Cobee increases in reflection of that success. However, if we do not have a significant impact on your employees, we lower that cost for you.
