Candidates must possess the following experience:

  • 4-year degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of diverse building types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and hospitality
  • Stellar customer service skills and quality standards
  • MS Office suite literacy (primarily Word and Excel)
