Our hiring process

1. Talent Team Call

A conversation with our talent team to discuss your experience, provide insights into the role you’ve applied for, and introduce you to Codat and what we’re all about.

2. First Interview

An opportunity to discuss your experience and skills with the hiring manager for the role, alongside at least one other member of the Codat team.

3. Task/Presentation/Scenario

This interview is your chance to showcase your skills and the way you think. It will be tailored to the specific role you are applying for.

4. Values Interview

The final interview is all about what makes you great. During this meeting with our CEO and General Counsel, we’ll delve into your work style and strengths. It’s also your chance to ask any questions you need answered to confidently say “yes” to a potential offer.

5. Offer

The best part! If all has gone well we will verbally provide you with an offer and answer any final questions.

We offer enhanced parental leave for all parents, including 18 weeks of full pay for the birthing parent. Our generous annual leave includes 25 days, plus 8 bank holidays.
