Image oliverpool 2d7b6636d5 teams: add mahlzahn to gitlab organisation (#378) 
@mahlzahn helped with investigating and fixing gitlab migration bugs in forgejo/forgejo#10234.

Adding him to the gitlab team will increase the bus factor (currently at 2).

Since he recently became member of the merger team, I take the liberty of fast-tracking this (skipping the need for an issue). I will add him to the gitlab team as soon this PR is merged. If I overlooked anything, feel free to close this PR and let us go the normal way (with an issue an enough time).

The gitlab team is only used to update the testdata (note that this testdata is cached and requires specific env variable to get updated: any wrongdoing of the gitlab-team will have very limited impact on its own).
