Stupid cell phone

I just moved to a new cellphone service out here in Northern California called "MetroPCS" for $40 a month you can talk unlimited minutes and call long distance. The caveat, you ask? It only works in Northern California. I believe if you room it costs about $2/min *yuck*. Now to the part that sucks my ex-wife just called so I can talk to my son probably and the damn phone cuts out on me. I have to be in certain rooms, holding the phone in certain position, with the sun and planets alligned correctly before I can make a phone call in my hous. The service works great in the city, and actually everywhere else except for in my house - go figure?!?! The coverage sucks in my town, Marina, even though on the coverage map they have it shows as being "covered". Thankfully it is only $40/month plus the extras I have, which you can't beat since my last phone company, AT&T Wireless, I had some bills in the $400 range *yikes*. I can't handle that especially living off savings right now because of my unemployed status.

I am going to call them and ask if they are going to install more towers in my neck of the woods. If not, well, their plans do not have a yearly contract so I can just bail and move back to AT&T, which should like me by now since I had to pay that $400 phone bill!
