My DSL speed has dropped considerably to less then half its capable transfer speed. I hope this is just temporary. Oh well they do only guarantee 38 KBps transfer, but before it was 150 KBps. I hope this is not permanent and they are now downgrading everyone to the least guaranteed transfer rate, and this shouldn't be a problem because DSL is not shared like cable.
