Nope my download speed is still capping at 40 KB/sec this stinks so to download this 200 Meg file, the DirectX 9.0b SDK, is going to take an hour and a half. I wonder if my ISP is just capping me? Or, is there a monthly limit that once you have downloaded that much they just cap you. Its angering but nothing I can do about it since they do guarantee 40 KB/sec which they are delivering. I am going to my friend's house down the road we have the same ISP if he is not capped and can burst up to 150 KB/sec I will be more then extremely upset!!!
