I am a programmer since birth. I have had professional jobs that have taken me from Visual Basic to C++, I prefer C++. I now dabble in creating programs for users on Windows. I am a Windows guy and like to discuss programming with other like minded individuals. I have a 6 year old son who I am very proud of, and its a heck of a time raising him especially since his Mom and I are divorced.
Outside of programming, yes I am a total geek I enjoy going to the park with my son, playing golf, actually I love golf! And meeting new people who just want to have a friend to talk with.
Some background I have been living in the same town for most of my 30 year life here on Earth. I am a very uneventful individual, almost bordering on hermit. I like to meet friends, talk, and just all around have a good time. Because of the scars from my previous marriage, and other girlfriends in between my motto is now "Just me and my son" meaning I really don't want to start looking for a girlfriend, because if I want problems in my life there is my son! :)
I went to elemnetry school and high school in the same school system. I tried my hand at college but, I guess, I couldn't cut it even though I got good grades. Now I work in the computer industry err... currently unemployed and enjoy spending time with my son. I have made my share of mistakes through life, and I am still making them so I am pretty non-judgemental. I live vicariously through others now as I seem to have no life :)
