Dynamic. Energetic. Synergy.
These are the words used in almost every single job advert sent out these days. But at Code-Mattic we like to add an extra ingredient: Chemical X, I mean Knowledge.
At Code-Mattic we are “Dynamic” in the sense that we are constantly seeking to grow and evolve; to push forward into new challenges and better methods. We are “Energetic” in the sense that we absolutely are not. We’re mid-thirties and sit behind computers all day. But because of this we’re able to work tirelessly to complete our tasks since we don’t waste energy with physical activity. We strive to bring a sense of “Synergy” in every single project by meeting our clients where they are and walking the road to get to where they want to go.
Lastly we come to the fore with years of “Knowledge” about what a small business needs to be able to compete in the digital world we find ourselves in.
We are so much more than Dynamic, Energetic, Synergetic and Knowledgeable, but those four together spell DESK and that’s where we do our best work.

CREATIVE TEAM
The Fixer: Liz
Liz is the backbone of the business and the resident MacGyver. While the big chain developer is busy explaining to you why your request is too difficult, Liz is already figuring out how to make it work. Any problem can be solved with just a little ingenuity.
The Wordsmith: Mathew
Mathew is our wordsmith and social media enthusiast. For years he has dedicated hours to scrolling through social media and is so happy that these days he’s actually getting paid for it. He also knows lots of big words and isn’t sure what else to say since he has to write this section himself and is now feeling awkward.
EMOTIONAL
SUPPORT TEAM
His most excellent: Kamikaze
Kamikaze is the eldest of the three and keeps us to a schedule. He has no frills or graces but simply knows what needs to be done and expects it done on time; very mindful, very demure.
Most Honourable Speaker: Blue
Blue is the quintessential middle child; he doesn’t ask for a lot but when he has the rare task that needs to be done he can suddenly make his voice heard. He has very high standards and will only accept what he considers the best (at the time).
Him of majestic chonk: Ichigo
The baby of the group, Ichigo hasn’t had very much life experience yet and still believes the world revolves around him. Unfortunately for us he’s so adorable that we find ourselves unable to do anything to dispel that belief.
