when students post their response to a discussion question, I am not able to see them via speedgrader. Also if they reply to a peer it does not show up under the students name so I am not able to track their participation in the discussion.

We have removed SSO access from our Beta and Test sites, but every time the sites reset, SSO is enabled again. For security reasons, SSO should only be available for Production. How do other institutions manage this issue other than re-removing the SSO authentication setup every month after reset?
