Integration with New Outlook
When will MYOB Account Right be fixing sending error invoices/statements/purchase order etc with the new Outlook. With Microsoft phasing out Outlook Classic and moving to the new Outlook we are still getting the below issue. Is there an update on when this issue will be resolved.

Pay Slips
I've just noticed that pay slips for the YTD amounts don't include categories for which there wasn't any activity in that pay period. For example, the employee mightn't have had any public holiday pay in the week being paid but did have some in prior weeks but the YTD amounts don't include anything for holiday pay. That seems misleading / incorrect.

Issues with exporting to Excel because AccountRight exports to old Excel 97-2003 file type
The business I work for has updated our security protocols. Now when I try to export Excel reports from MYOB I get an error "You are attempting to open a file type (Excel 97-2003 Workbooks and Templates) that has been blocked by your File Block settings in the Trust Center". My IT person is saying xls files are insecure which is why this is being blocked, and that he can't change it at our end. He says that MYOB should surely be able to export into newer files, which I tend to agree with. Is there a planned solution to this? I can export into TSV but it creates a lot more work for me in reformatting.

Sales and purchases not recording
Hi all.. having a little trouble over last few days.. Sales and purchases delete entry when i press record. Invoice number stay the same as if i have done no entry.. but when adding new item via purchases it adds those. Any idea what goes on ? I have cleared the cache and tried bring up old file but the same happens when file upgrades. ? Please 🙏 help . Thanks heaps

Deleted invoice cannot be traced.
Hi All My issue has happened just since Tue, 20 Jan2026. We had 4 separate invoices for our customer, same number but part A - D. Part B has mysteriously disappeared. I am sure I did not delete it. The only other person who uses the data file is the boss and he says he didn't delete it. I have checked everything possible including the Journal Security Audit and cannot see the deleted invoice. We also do have a small data file where we create a service invoice, as our inventory invoices can be quite long. At statement time we check that both data files do balance, hence this is how I discovered the invoice was missing. Hope someone out there can assist me. I'm concerned there may be a glitch somewhere. Thank you. Jacqui

Reversed paryun not showing in STP Reporting
Hi, I have reversed a payrun, and its not showing in the STP reporting, is there additional step I need to so it will be reflected in the STP? Can someone help please..... Intray email not get invoices to intray
We have an email forward on our invoices email account to send email on the my myob intray email address. We have checked this in exchange message trace. Even our Myob invoice from Myob didn't get the to intray. The messages are being delivered as can be seen from the message trace. Due to this we have missed paying invoices. What steps can be taken to fix this issue ?

Reconcile accounts
Hi, I am trying to reconcile a transaction with actual amount which is smaller than the pay run processed. Normally, I just need to add an adjustment with a negative amount so I can reconcile this transaction. However, this time, they keep sending the error notification, asking to refresh the page or ask MYOB for help. I refresh multiple times but they don't let me enter the adjustment with a negative amount. However, I tried with a positive amount, it was gone through, no error. Could you please check and advise what should I do this case. Thank you.

In tray not working forwarded emails
We have and issue with emails going to the intray for which we raised a ticket. The ticket after 3 days was marked as solved but we have had no correspondence about it and it still is not working. Intray 02784631 20/01/2026 22/01/2026 Closed New MYOB We chatted to support - no fix. Simply put: emails going to our invoices address are forwarded to our myob intray address We have tested exchange system forwards and user forwards. Direct send to in tray works. We have reset the myob inbox" The new address still doesnt work We setup an exchange connector to directly send these messages - didnt work We have exactly ZERO support on this from myob

Pay Super delays
I process our Super payment within 1 day of payroll but staff are reporting that it doesn’t show up in the Super account for up to 10 Days. My own (Aware) is one of these e./g we processed in the bank on June 4 and the transactions are not showing up on 11 June. Where are these funds being held and why the delay? Thank you.
