I posted yesterday about an error message on Windows 7. Turns out my mom was given a pirated version of Windows 7. The guy who installed it was a friend of my sister's. I need to know how to revert back to the Windows version (XP) that came with the computer. All the help articles I can find on Microsoft say you need the installation CD for Windows 7. We don't have that since the guy installed it for mom himself and never gave her anything. Thanks for the help!
As far as I see this community isn't very active but I'm still going to ask you. I have to organise a computer-based video surveillance system. Thing is that I need to use multiple sources (cameras) with 20-30+ meters cables. I know for sure that my software Xeoma does support use of multiple sources but I'm not sure whether usb hubs and such long cables will still output any signals from my far-away cams. Is there a way to find it out (apart from actually trying it?)
i have a facebook-related question. i have so many videos that i want/need to upload to facebook, everytime i try to upload one, even one that's only a minute long, it tells me that it's going to take HOURS to upload. and sometimes if i try waiting it out, the video just stops uploading altogether.
so i was just wondering if there is any other way to go about uploading videos to facebook that WON'T take half a day to upload. also keep in mind; i have no idea how to use any video editing programs.
Hi everyone. I'm trying to find out how to build the best budget gaming PC I can, with a few slightly stranger than normal requirements.
I'm in Melbourne (VIC, Australia) and am most likely to buy locally.
I'd like to keep the budget under $700 AUD (and trying to keep the monitor not too far off the mark).
Most of all, for at least the next year my work room is the world of three free flying pet birds. I need parts - this relates to the PSU fan and case only, I guess - that will not slice up an unsuspecting beak that goes "Ooo, purty lites! Can I lick? AUGH! MY TONGUE! Maybe I can lick if I stick my beak in there to protect my tongue? AUGH! MY FACE!"
I'm not too fond of screaming "AUGH! MY BIRDIES!" so I'm here to ask for help. :)
This is the first distribution of Ubuntu to officially support Wubi (http://wubi-installer.org/). Wubi is an easy to use 1 click install from Windows Ubuntu installer.
Ever wanted to try it out? Check out Wubi, it will install it as a virtual machine and you can take it for a test drive. No burning CDs. No changing your computer. Just playing with an easy to use linux distro.
Warning: Wubi may be very slow to download today as it is release day and everything is slammed. Be patient.

Did you ever find a program, I am in the same boat at the moment, although I have managed to intercept the MCL data stream and trying to code for this.
