As far as I see this community isn't very active but I'm still going to ask you. I have to organise a computer-based video surveillance system. Thing is that I need to use multiple sources (cameras) with 20-30+ meters cables. I know for sure that my software Xeoma does support use of multiple sources but I'm not sure whether usb hubs and such long cables will still output any signals from my far-away cams. Is there a way to find it out (apart from actually trying it?)
Hello, which operating system can u recommend me for my COMPAQ N400c pentium3, 256mB memory? Now i have ubuntu 9.10 but it's really heavy for it. Thank you.
This is the first distribution of Ubuntu to officially support Wubi (http://wubi-installer.org/). Wubi is an easy to use 1 click install from Windows Ubuntu installer.
Ever wanted to try it out? Check out Wubi, it will install it as a virtual machine and you can take it for a test drive. No burning CDs. No changing your computer. Just playing with an easy to use linux distro.
Warning: Wubi may be very slow to download today as it is release day and everything is slammed. Be patient.

ImageReady can be found in CS2, which Adobe is offering free downloads to anyone that previously owned a copy. There's more info and a download link here:…
Did you ever find a program, I am in the same boat at the moment, although I have managed to intercept the MCL data stream and trying to code for this.
