Thursday afternoon we jumped into Rasmussen's RV, and started our trek to Vernal. We stopped to eat in Heber City at a yummy Mexican restaurant. We arrived in Vernal at 10:00 pm. We stayed at the Sage Motel. Quite an experience.
We woke up early the next morning, visited the Temple at 7:30 am, and rolled back into town at 12:00 pm! Wow! What a whirlwind. I sure do love these treks, and the focus it has taken in our family. The kids LOVE to go, the grounds are beautiful, it is a great teaching opportunity. Even though we were gone for less than 20 hours, we had a wonderful time.

We made our trip so quickly that we only let the kids jump out of the RV to get a quick snapshot in front of these dinosaurs. Who drives all the way to Vernal, and doesn't do the dinosaur thing? People who work too hard! (Colin)

Ruby has really grown up through this whole thing. I can't believe it!

The temple has given us a great experience and unifying time together this year. Who would think that when Colin and I are the only ones endowed.

Cute kiddo's!
