This 1-day intensive negotiations program provides business-events executives an opportunity to refine their negotiation skills and to identify effective strategies for routine as well as high-stakes, difficult and/or complex deals and disputes. Harvard Business School professor Deepak Malhotra will share a negotiation framework and toolkit that will help participants prepare for and execute their negotiations more effectively in a wide variety of contexts.​

Participants will engage in multi-dimensional learning: analyzing real-world negotiation scenarios, engaging in a negotiation simulation, receiving feedback on their strategies & performance, debating alternative approaches, and challenging conventional wisdom.​
