WTHOR

I'm trying to write an Othello AI, and I want to use this massive database of Othello games played by masters. It is called WTHOR, but I have no clue how to read in its files. The only directions I have been able to find from google are in French... Anyone know how to read the WTHOR files, or speak french well enough to translate the directions?
