Hey, next year's my last in high school, and even though I'm not too keen on taking another math class, I figure it'll be my last chance to learn useful stuff without having to pay for it. I was wondering if anyone could recommend one of the classes my school has to offer that would be most helpful in C++. I talked to my math teacher and he said discreet math would probably be best, but they don't offer that, so he wasn't exactly helpful...
Finite Mathematics
Pre-Calculus
Trigonometry
Probability and Statistics
(I've already taken Algebra I, II and Geometry, and the one C++ class my school has.)
The only full-year class out of those four is Pre-calc, so if I don't take that I could do two of the others. Or if you think none of them would be much help and I'd be better off continuing C++ on my own, I'll just put a study hall in place of the math class(es).
