Yeah, I've gotten hooked on Joel on Software. He is a good writer with
more experience than I have in production software. He seems to speak the truth.
The WikiWikiWeb seems to be a good place to learn about
programming. I haven't really searched around the site much but a bunch of smart people post there.
This is a site full of open source zealots. Advogato's main page usually has
something to read every day or so. I should spend more time going through people's diaries.
I'm posting this link without checking out the site in a long time. Cprogramming.com used to have (stil might) a test about how well you
know C/C++. I didn't score very well when I took it.
ACE rocks for multithreaded and network programming.
And of course Boost for all your library needs.
