I know this is C++ community, but this is programming related. Today, spywares are worse than virus. It has consumed more pcs than. How would this problem be solves? If you would to write a program either for personal comp or servers/routers to put an halt to spywares, what program would that be? Also, an non CS solution is allowed such as creating laws.
