CAN I USE VC++ STL FOR CONECTED GRAPHS?

I need to generate a conected graph (no neccesary with cycles) 100 nodes minimun and I have no idea of how starting! :( Maybe is there some king of STL that can make it easier or am I´ll have to implement everything from zero?.

P.D. Any suggestions for showing it, once generated, on the screen?.
