GUI Toolkit

Hi all. I need to make some programs to my company. I was thinking about a open source gui-toolkit, but i need some help to i decide what i should use.

I know Fox, Gtk, wxWindows and FLTK. I need one that work good on windows.

How about yours experiences? What do you recommend?
