| GUI toolkits for windows? |

I am looking for a GUI toolkit that works well with C++, and VS 2005. Preferrably I want something that works like C#'s forms creator (in VS) or Eclipse's Java Visual Class creator. I use these examples because it's what I've used for other projects.
So, if there's anything out there that fits this description please point me in the right directions, especially if you've used/enjoy a particular one.
