HELP!! ='(

I have to make a program where i have to open a given text file (tolldata.txt) and read the data in it and calculate the toll for each customer and print out the information Does anyone know how to do piping cuz that is how i am supposed to do it and i dont get my lecture notes. please help im desperate =( I use Dev C++
