how many people have done/do the usaco?

if so, i was wondering what would be a good way to get better on the gateway. im at the shaping regions portion, known as rect1. its a good problem, but im getting really messed up on my answers. is there a way for current/former usaco members to help me out?

btw, here is the usaco gateway
