This is driving me nuts...

Does anybody know what real differences exist, it any, between Microsoft's "Academic" and "Professional" versions of Visual Studio/VC++? What is missing from the Academic?

Is there any significant upgrade from VC++ 6.0?

The last time I bought an Academic version of anything, it was borland's Pascal 7.0 like in '92 or so, and I ended up buying the full version after.
