might interest some of you...ideas on notation and formatting for C++

I am using some coding conventions in an application framework I'm writing, and I'd like to get feedback on the rationale behind it to see if it makes "sense" to other programmers. If any of you have comments I'd love to hear them...or if you think someone could benefit from any of the philosophy contained therein then pass it on!
