Creating with Paper

We have a new challenge at Time Out Challenges! 

I was inspired by the holiday season. I started by finding a festive, sparkly pattern paper for the background. I cut a feature circle and embossed the sentiment. The image was heat embossed and painted.

This is actually my last challenge on the Time Out design team. I am blessed to have been able to work with such talented ladies for so many years. Thank you to the team for all that you have contributed and how you have inspired me creativity! I look forward to seeing where the challenge goes and playing along when I can.

Regarding the inspiration quote, I figure that anyone with a good heart and a good head should be a kind person. I used the Leafy stamp set from Stamplorations. I embossed and painted the leaves and stamped the sentiment.

I wanted to create a thank you card for this challenge. I distressed a pink card stock panel and layered a pattern paper to the background. The lady was embossed, painted and fussy cut. The sentiment embossed on vellum.

This is our cancer awareness and encouragement challenge. I used a “thinking of you” sentiment for this occasion. I heat embossed and painted these flowers from The Ton and dry embossed a background panel and splattered it with paint.
