- Plugin/API Access: Use of the Easy Critical CSS plugin with API access requires a valid license. All licenses are subject to the plan details available on our pricing page.
2. User Data
We collect limited data to provide the Service. By using the generator or plugin, you consent to our collection and use of:
- URLs and page content for CSS generation
- Your IP address and email (for generator usage)
- Account and billing info if you purchase a subscription

Paid access to the Easy Critical CSS API is licensed per site and billed via our payment processor (through Freemius). Your license grants access only to the features specified in your plan.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or licensing terms with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and branding associated with CriticalCSS.net are the intellectual property of CriticalCSS.net and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission, except as allowed by open-source licenses for third-party libraries.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any part of the Service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.
