Need to file a work zone damage claim?
In accordance with the South Carolina Department of Transportation 2025 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, third-party claims for damages occurring within a work zone must be submitted to the SCDOT Customer Service Call Center at 855-GO-SCDOT (855-467-2368) or 803-737-1200 or by email at [email protected].
