This was our big winner "Bullet" He won Champion of Breed and was in the running for Grand over all! Jo spending some time with him in the wash racks cooling him off!

County Fair Update!

Well another fair has come and gone! Boy are we tired but very proud of Taylor and Jordan and their accomplishments this year! We had a week full of early mornings and late nights but it all paid off! Jordan won Champion of Breed with her Hamp pig, Reserve Champion of Breed with her Cross pig and took 3rd in Showmanship! Taylor won Reserve Champion of Breed with her Duroc pig and 4th place with her Spot. The girls made sale with 4 of the 6 pigs and brought in some big $$ bucks$$! So a few months to rest up and then it starts all over again!

Emily was a big help by showing off all of the winnings! Mollie and daddy supervising the wash rack!

Koop still has a few years until he is old enough to show but he is such a big helper and Tay and Jo's biggest fan! He loves the fair oh and did I mention he spends most of his time on the tractors that sit outside the pig barn!

Jo showed a hamp, a cross, and a chester!

Taylor had 3 pigs this year. She showed a spot, a duroc, and a york!

Taylor and Jordan kicking 2011 San Juan County Fair off in style! The theme was Blue Jeans and Summer Dreams...The girls were hoping to make one of their dreams come true this year...WINNING!!
