William Wade

Founding Member & President

William Wade joined AT&T Wireless Services in 1997 following service as Corporate Counsel at Paging Network. Mr. Wade advanced rapidly within AT&T assuming increasingly responsible positions involving legal affairs, government relations, real estate management, network operations, system development and program implementation. Prior to AT&T and Paging Network, Mr. Wade was an attorney with Kirkland & Ellis, served as a Law Clerk in the United States District Court and as a Senatorial Clerk with the State Senate. He is a licensed attorney and received his Juris Doctor from Drake University.

Mickey Mahoney

VP, DAS & Small Cell

Mickey Mahoney’s career has spanned 26 years to include cell site and switch installation and optimization, macro and DAS design, and business development.  He has been a member of leadership teams with rural as well as national carriers, including SunCom, Cingular and AT&T.  His knowledge of DAS infrastructure spans repeaters, DRAN and neutral host systems, providing coverage and capacity relief at Coachella, 5-star resorts and high-end residential facilities.  Mr. Mahoney earned his B.A. from West Virginia University, and studied electronics and electrical engineering while serving in the United States Navy.

David Chisholm

Sr. Director, DAS & Small Cell

With a 32-year career in wireless telecommunications, David Chisholm has successfully led numerous companies in the areas of large-scale network deployments, executive operations management, business development, team leadership, site development, contract negotiations and regulatory.  Mr. Chisholm also has extensive experience in RF engineering and in-building system deployments in both the U.S. and the U.K., working directly for a host of wireless carriers, neutral hosts and integrators, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Lucent and Marconi.  Mr. Chisholm received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
