ROR Request Form

Use this form to suggest a new record for ROR or to request a change to an existing record. If you have more than one request, please submit a separate form for each organization/record. If you have a large number of requests, please see https://ror.org/registry/#bulk-requests or contact [email protected].

Proposed changes will be reviewed to ensure they are appropriate for ROR's scope and consistent with other records. To be included in the registry, an organization should have discrete acknowledgement of its activities in sources like affiliations and funding acknowledgements. ROR also requires that an organization is used as an affiliation in published research outputs by multiple people, meaning that it is not a one-person organization or consultancy. ROR uses a community-based curation workflow for reviewing requests. You can read about the workflow here: https://github.com/ror-community/ror-updates#readme.

The registry is updated on a rolling basis and new releases are published approximately once a month. You can follow the progress of pending updates on GitHub: https://github.com/ror-community/ror-updates/issues. Release notes are also posted on GitHub: https://github.com/ror-community/ror-updates/releases.

The ROR team is not able to respond individually to each submitted request. Please follow your request on GitHub to track the progress using the GitHub issue number and link that will be sent to you in your request confirmation email.
