The Czech Battery Cluster (“CBC”) was founded in 2022 with the aim of ensuring a partnership between the public and private sectors (public-private partnership), supporting the cooperation of private companies,
the research sphere and the public sector.
This cooperation focuses on real projects for the development of an emission-free economy and technology changes in industry, scientific and technical projects, support for innovative business and international cooperation.
CBC supports their effective cooperation, the creation of new know-how linked to the individual parts of the value chain and the creation of new spin-offs and start-ups, thus building and supporting entrepreneurship and innovation.
By linking the scientific and private spheres, it also contributes to increasing the competitiveness of its members by supporting technical education for the 21st century with a focus on developing talent according to market needs.
