Daaxit BUILD
Financial Roadmap™
Stop running blind with your numbers.
Get financial truth, quantified opportunities, and a clear plan to fix what’s leaking profit and cash.
If you’re slammed with work but cash feels tighter than it should, you’re not alone. Contracting is a timing business. Jobs can look profitable until they’re not, and the numbers you’re getting don’t match what’s happening in the field.
The BUILD Financial Roadmap™ is a short, focused engagement that delivers clarity quickly and decisively.
See what’s included
Most construction owners don’t have a revenue problem.
They have a clarity problem.
You feel it when:
- Margins swing month to month, and nobody can explain why
- Cash surprises force you to scramble and put out fires
- WIP feels like a black box
- Job costing does not match what the field knows is happening
- You’re growing, but it feels harder than it should at this stage
This is not consulting theory. This is not bookkeeping.
It’s the fastest path back to control when the numbers feel off.
What You Walk Away With

Financial reality you can trust
A clear, reality-based view of true profitability, cash flow mechanics, and financial accuracy, grounded in your actual jobs, labor model, and WIP.

A prioritized roadmap tied to real dollars
Not a long list of ideas. A ranked plan showing what to fix first, why it matters, and the expected financial impact of each move.

Confidence in the next step
You’ll stop guessing if the problem is the bid, the crew, or the overhead.
How the Roadmap Gets Built
PHASE 1:
Preparation and intake
- Pre-work request and document intake
- Review of historical financials, WIP schedules, AR and AP aging, and job costing summaries
- Internal benchmarking and prep by Daaxit CFOs
PHASE 2
Two-day on-site working session
Day One: Benchmark and uncover
- Executive and key staff interviews (finance, operations, project management)
- Deep analysis of financial accuracy, margin reality by job and labor model, WIP integrity, and cash flow mechanics
- Identification of the largest financial leaks and constraints
Day Two: Synthesize and roadmap
- Putting a dollar figure on every issue we found
- Prioritization based on speed to impact, risk reduction, and EBITDA and cash improvement/li>
- Alignment to the BUILD Framework stages (Benchmark → Uncover → Implement → Leverage → Deliver)

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this for general contractors only, or specialty trades too?
It fits both. If you have job costing, labor, WIP, and cash timing complexity, it’s a fit.
What do you review during the two-day on-site?
We review historical financials, WIP schedules, AR/AP aging, and job costing summaries, then interview key leaders in finance, operations, and project management to pressure-test what’s real and quantify issues in dollars.
What if our WIP is a mess, or we don’t trust our job costing?
That’s common. The roadmap is designed to surface what’s unreliable, show why it’s happening, and outline the exact steps to fix it so future reporting matches the field.
Do you work with our CPA and bookkeeper?
Yes. This is not bookkeeping or tax work. We focus on contractor finance and decision support, and we coordinate with your CPA/bookkeeper when needed so everyone is aligned.
Is this only for companies doing a certain revenue size?
It’s a fit when you have real job complexity, meaning multiple jobs at once, change orders, retainage, labor variability, and cash timing issues. If those exist, the roadmap tends to pay off regardless of size.
Will you tell us exactly where the profit is leaking?
Yes. You’ll get a Financial Leak Map that breaks down where profit and cash are being lost today, ranked by impact, along with a prioritized roadmap for what to fix first.
What does “credible” mean in the $50,000 guarantee?
It means opportunities that are grounded in your actual numbers and operating reality, not wishful projections. The goal is to identify realistic profit or cash improvements you can pursue with clear ownership.
What happens after the roadmap, do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You’ll receive the roadmap and an optional implementation path showing how Daaxit would execute it through a full BUILD engagement. You can implement internally, use another partner, or continue with Daaxit.
