Mitt Romney at Chapman

A few weeks ago Mitt Romney came to Chapman to speak. It was really interesting hearing a presidential candidate answer impromptu questions. Here are some pictures we got after the meeting.

Skim Boarding

My friend Mason got me hooked on skim boarding. It is a mix of skateboarding and surfing that started right here in Orange County. It is a lot harder than it looks, but it is a blast.

Moab

In August I started law school at Chapman University and Mia got a job working with Marriott Vacation Club in Newport Beach. Over Labor Day we were able to return to Utah to finally get our belongings and spend a weekend in Moab with the Chudleighs. It was a quick weekend, but we found time for rafting on the Colorado River, mountain biking, and playing in the pool.

San Diego

After New York we headed straight to San Diego to spend some time with the Harmsens. We ate some really good food, and got lots of beach time in.

NYC

Mia and I spent the summer in New York so I could do a finance internship with Merrill Lynch. This was one of many beautiful walks across the Brooklyn Bridge after getting some classic New York pizza.
