CREDIT AGREEMENT | EXECUTION VERSION
Section 2.01: The Facilities Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Lender agrees to make a Term Loan B facility available to the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $450,000,000.
Section 3.02: Interest Rates Each Eurocurrency Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate plus the Applicable Margin of 3.50% (350 bps).
